We are pleased to present the successfully completed project for a Residential Care Home for the Elderly in Aytos — a modern social facility designed with dignity, calm and a fulfilling life for older people in mind.
The project was carried out on the initiative of Aytos Municipality and represents modern social infrastructure meeting all regulatory requirements for quality, safety and accessibility. The new building combines functional architecture, sustainable construction and a comfortable living environment suited to the needs of elderly residents.
The facility offers spacious, bright accommodation, areas for social contact and activities, an administrative section, service rooms, and specialised spaces for the everyday needs of residents and staff.
The building's structure is a monolithic reinforced-concrete system, ensuring high reliability, durability and stability. Particular attention was paid to energy efficiency, safety and creating a healthy living environment.
A key focus of the project was landscaping and planting the surrounding areas — over 40% of the plot has been laid out as green space with decorative planting, trees and shrubs, flower beds and lawns.
Today the Residential Care Home for the Elderly stands as a successfully completed facility offering security, comfort and peace of mind for its future residents and their families.
